Thanksgiving!!

We had our first Thanksgiving the day before at my Dad's house.  It was great to have so much family there.  Mike, Amy, and the twins were in town.  My cousin Peter, Marilee, and their kids.  We only get to see them a couple times a year.

The kids entertained us after the big meal.  You got to love the eighties bride maid dresses that were my stepmoms.  The puffy sleeves are the best.

They put on quite the show.  There was singing and dancing.

Everyone took turns holding little Addy.  It was great to see my cousin Peter.  You can tell from the picture that Ethan wanted a turn too.

Addy loved all the attention from Grandma Loni and Great Grandma Darlene.

We had our second Thanksgiving with the Foster side of the family up in Midway.  The picture of the kids table turned out a lot better than ours.  The kids had a great time running around while the adults visited.

The next day we did a little black Friday shopping at the outlets.  We went to the main street to get some chocolate.  It was great to hang out with Mike, Amy, and the twins.

I took this cute picture of the kids at the ornament store.  They love watch the moving displays in the window.

Mckenna & Parker wanted to try out these metal bikes. It was great to spend so much time with our families over the holiday!

Addy's newborn pictures!!

A week ago my friend and neighbor took newborn photos of Addy.  We were really happy with how they turned out.  Her website is www.mikkigrimleyphotography.blogspot.com.  Addy is about two and half weeks old now.  She has been such a good baby.  She hardly ever cries or fusses.  She also rarely spits up.  We are hoping that will last. We love it when she is wide awake.  She has the biggest eyes and loves to look around and take it all in.  It is always a joy to have a new baby join our family.  The kids adore her and she gets plenty attention from all of us.

Halloween!!

Here is a picture of all FIVE of our kids on Halloween.  It is the first time that I have been able to say that.  They looked so cute and happy all dressed up in their costumes. It was such a nice day.  It was great that the weather was so warm.

Parker knew that he wanted to be Mario a couple months ago.  He was really excited about his costume and tried it on everyday after we got it.  I even found him dressed up playing Mario brothers on the Wii.  It made me smile.

One of Parker's friends was dressed up as Luigi so we had to get a picture of the two of them.  You got to love those mustaches!

Hayden wore the lion costume this year.  It is one of my favorites.  He had fun at the school parade with Dad.  Kev had the day off and it was nice having him at home to help out.

Halle was a witch this year. She had fun riding around on her broom.  She had a fun program at preschool. 

Our little Addy on her first Halloween.  She is exactly one week old.  I knew she would be tiny so I didn't buy her a costume.  I decided to make her tutu and a matching flower for her hair.  She helped me pass out the candy at home.

Parker really wanted a Mario pumpkin this year.  Kev made his own design from a picture off the Internet.  It turned out really good and looked even better when it was all lite up.

Mckenna chose out her costume this year.  She was a spider countess.  I did her hair like a spiders web and put plastic spiders in it.  My sweet Grandma came and brought us dinner. It was really nice not having to cook.  She enjoyed holding Addy and seeing all the kids in their costumes.
