One week old!!

Our little man is now one week old! Hayden is such a good baby. He hardly ever cries only when getting dressed. Kev jokes that he is all boy because he hates it when I play dress up with him.

I wanted to include more pictures or our stay at the hospital. It was great to have so many of our family and friends stop by to meet Hayden. I am holding my nephew Cole who is about six months older than Hayden. It is amazing to see the difference six months can make.

We love Hayden's facial expression in this one! His eyes are wide open and he looks surprised.

It was great to have the time at the hospital with just Hayden and Kev. It is always fun when he is having some awake time. He has the biggest eyes!


We took a four generation picture with the Foster men in the family. It was fun to have great grandpa Foster come to visit.

Here is a picture of us with Hayden before we went home from the hospital. It was great because Kev was able to take a week off from work. It was nice having him around all day and he was a huge help. We are so thankful to our families for watching the kids and helping out so much this last week. The kids love having Hayden at home with us. They can't get enough off him. They always want to hold him and give him kisses.

Baby Hayden

We had our baby boy today. It has been a long time coming and we are both so happy to have him finally here. We had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am (Early!). They got Lisa all prepped and ready to go then about 7:50 am she went in for her c-section. The doctors and nurses were great! Things couldn't have gone any better. The c-section went great and at 8:22 am Hayden was born. He weighed 6 lb 8 oz and was 19.5 inches long. Unlike Halle, he didn't inhale a ton of the fluids and was off and breathing so well that the respiratory therapist basically said that it couldn't have been easier. We were grateful for that since with Halle last time she had to be on oxygen for about 8 hours whereas Hayden didn't need any! We are so grateful for his safe arrival and that Lisa's surgery went so well. Can't wait for everyone to meet him. He is really a cute kid! Enjoy the pictures!

Celebrating the fourth!!

We started the holiday out on the second of July. Kev took the day off and went up to the cabin with the kids. They enjoyed the traditional rodeo and BBQ with Kev's family. It was great because I got a much needed day off. I spent the day getting errands done, went to get my haircut, and then spent the evening with a group of my best friends. It was fun to just reminisce and see two of the cute new babies.

I went up the next morning to join them at the cabin. We spent the day going for gator rides and riding the horses. The weather was nice and we enjoyed being in the mountains.

Mckenna went on her first horse ride by herself. We thought she was getting big enough now to ride with Kev leading her. She did a great job and is our cowgirl.

Our next adventure was to Park city to celebrate with my family. We were invited to the owners BBQ. It was great food and the kids couldn't resist putting their feet in the water. Grandma Loni was there making sure they didn't fall in.

There was a great fireworks display that night at the resort. We had a really good view from the window of the place we were staying.

On the fourth we celebrated my Dad's birthday! We ate lunch at one of our favorite restaurants called Red rock. The dessert they gave my Dad for his birthday was delicious.

Mckenna and I enjoyed getting a pedicure at the spa. We went with Loni and Kayley. It was Mckenna's first time getting a pedicure! I enjoyed the pampering and now I will have cute toes for when I am at the hospital having my baby.
